A2Z Realty - Our Purpose

To manage several Homeowner Associations and over 100 rentals.

To list and sell Real Estate.

Who does the work?

Joel has a Real Estate Broker's License and oversees all matters in the business. 

We provide all the services required for property investors. 

We currently employ two full-time assistants and several part-time and seasonal help.

Rachel manages the office. She has been with A2Z Realty, Inc. since October 2004.  She

specializes in the rental side of the operation now but worked with the Homeowner Associations

previously. Rachel provides invaluable support to the office.

Angela Wright came to work with us in January 2008.  She is working with the Homeowner

Associations and handles many daily responsibilities.  We are excited to have Angela added to

our team.  We know she will be a valuable asset.

All repair work is contracted out. We avoid any conflict by not employing our own service personnel.
