1.     What is your e-mail address?  Do you check it at least several times a week?

2.     What is your price range?

A.   Have you been to a bank or mortgage broker?  I can pre-qualify you if you haven't been to a bank;

    I'll need to know your income and expenses.

B.    Do you have a savings for a down payment and closing expenses?  If not, is a family member or

    someone going to help you?

 

 

Your needs, wants, and desires for your home:

 

3.     How many bedrooms and baths do you need?

4.     Are you looking in the greater Chapel Hill, Durham area?  Do you need to live in a particular school district?

5.     Do want a yard?

6.     Where do you work?

7.     When are you available to preview homes?

8.     REPRESENTATION:

A.   Are you working with another Broker?

B.    We need to discuss Agency at your earliest convenience.

 

Typically the seller compensates me.  The seller contracts with a listing agent, and the commission is set before the house is put on the market.    The listing agent splits that commission with me and you owe me nothing.
