Professional Background:

I have a B.S. in Business Administration from WVU. I worked retail and owned and operated my own retail stores. In 1987 I went to work for a Laboratory in the Research Triangle Park and managed their facilities and administrative department for 8 years. During that time I began investing in rental properties. In 1995 I got my Realtor license and devoted myself full time to Real Estate. There is, and has been, a large demand for Property Managers in Chapel Hill. So, in 1999 I left the Brokerage firm I had been with, and started my own company.  We specialize in the Chapel Hill Carrboro area only. We manage several Homeowner Associations and over 100 rentals. We also list and sell Real Estate.

 

 

Personal Background:

My wife, Shirley, and I moved to Carrboro in 1985. Shirley is an R.N. at Duke Hospital. Our oldest son Matthew was born that year, and is now attending UNC Greensboro. Our younger son, Robbie, is in the Chapel Hill/Carrboro school system. Both boys have enjoyed Scouting and Church activities.

I have experience in retail, sales, insurance, and office administration.

My current responsibilities as office manager include managing rental properties, accounts receivable, accounts payable, website maintenance, customer service and general clerical duties.

 

Personal Background:

I grew up in the coal fields of Virginia. In 1989 I moved from Pound, Virginia to North Carolina. I am married to a wonderful man and have two children. My husband, Jimmy is a District Sales Coordinator with AFLAC Insurance. My son is in high school and my daughter is in middle school.  Both children are in the Alamance-Burlington School system and sports active!
